1. All tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Must be in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
3. Tickets are one (1) for $50.00 / three (3) for $100.00.
4. A total of 2,881 tickets will be eligible to be sold.
5. Tickets will be available at online at southlake.rafflenexus.com with a credit card. Accepted credit cards are VISA, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express.
6. Tickets will be sold using an AGCO approved electronic raffle system supplied by Raffle Nexus Canada Inc.
7. After buying, patrons will receive a confirmation e-mail with their raffle registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
8. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.
9. The prize is 1 (one) Specialized S-Works Aethos (SRAM RED AXS) Colour: Satin Doppio / Gunmetal Dry Brushed / Gold Pearl bike valued at $19,209.99 Details of the prize is also available at southlake.rafflenexus.com.
10. Each request for a refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If the request for a refund has merit and is made prior to the draw, Southlake Health Foundation will determine if a refund is eligible.
Draw Schedule and Results
11. A single draw is scheduled for Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 12:30 pm
12. The winner may claim their prize by contacting a Southlake Health Foundation representative at the NewRoads LakeRide or by calling Southlake Health Foundation at toll-free number: 1.877.457.2036, or by email at: foundation@southlake.ca The ticket may then be brought to 102-581 Davis Dr, Newmarket, Ontario Canada L3Y 2P6 at an agreed upon time for ticket verification. The winner will then be provided with instructions to pick up their prize. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies.
13. The winning ticket holder has six (6) months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchase for.
14. The winner must provide their name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet. The winners will be posted on the southlake.rafflenexus.com website.
15. Once the certified winner is verified they will be provided information on how to collect the prize.
16. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safety deposit box and held for 6 (six) months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will be the property of Southlake Health Foundation to be used at their discretion with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
17. Persons designated by Southlake Foundation as "Related Parties" are not eligible to participate in the Southlake Health Foundation Raffle Celebrating NewRoads LakeRide. Southlake Foundation designates the following persons as Related Parties:
a. Southlake Health's Board of Directors and Southlake Health Foundation's Board of Directors; as well as their family members living in the same household.
b. Southlake Health Foundation's employees, including those who are on paid or unpaid leave; as well as their family members living in the same household.
c. Executive and/or Senior Leadership Team of Southlake Health and/or independent contractors who fill these roles; as well as their family members living in the same household.
d. Employees of Raffle Nexus Canada Inc.
e. Persons under the age of 18 years.

19. Winners consent to the release of their name and photograph by licensee for publicity purposes. This event is administered by the Southlake Health Foundation and this information is protected and governed by the privacy policies of the Southlake Health Foundation. Any personal information that you provide is collected for the purpose of fulfilling this Lottery. The Foundation does not rent, sell, or trade our mailing lists.
